Mr. Clifford is a member of the Professional Golfers Association of America and earned both B.S. Degrees in Finance and Real Estate Development from the School of Business at San Diego State University.
Albert L. Schmeiser
Mr. Schmeiser is an original investor in Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment. As a founding partner of Schmeiser Olsen & Watts, an intellectual property law firm with offices in Arizona, New York and Washington D.C., Al is well versed in
technology protection and licensing in the US and internationally. Al was also a member of the board of directors of the New York chapter of the National Hemophilia Foundation and president of the board of directors of the Saratoga New York ARC. He has
served as the president of the Eastern New York Patent Law Association. In the public sector, Al has owned rental properties and franchise businesses both in Arizona and New York.
Mr. Schmeiser began his education in accounting and business management but changed his course while attending classes at LeMoyne College and obtained a bachelors degree in pure science. He then obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton
University Law School. He is a federally registered U.S. patent attorney, member of the New York State bar, and is admitted and qualified as an Attorney and Counselor of the Supreme Court of the United States. He is a member of the International Trademark
Association and focuses on product branding worldwide. In his capacity as senior partner of Schmeiser, Olsen and Watts he counsels numerous corporate clients on expanding markets and maximizing cooperative agreements with target companies.
Ben Jarvis
A native of Arizona, Mr. Jarvis, attended Northern Arizona University where he studied business and marketing. In 1985, with a desire to capitalize on the growth Arizona was experiencing, he joined Scottsdale Development and Investment Group and
Arizona Capital Securities. These firms were active in land syndication and limited partnership investment opportunities. Mr. Jarvis. primary role was capital formation.
In 1992, a colleague of Mr. Jarvis. introduced him to the professional beauty industry. And in 1993, he started ProLinc Cosmetic, Inc. As co-owner and president, Mr. Jarvis was responsible for product development, branding, marketing, sales, and
distribution. ProLinc.s products were sold to professional beauty distributors both nationally and internationally in over 20 countries. Its retail division, Esteemia Beauty, sold to both domestic and international drug store chains. Many of ProLinc.s
products were category leaders and won several industry awards. Mr. Jarvis sold ProLinc in 2007 to American International Industries.
Currently, Mr. Jarvis has interests in a handful of small companies with innovative products where he provides direction and assistance in their growth and development. Mr. Jarvis is married and has six children and two grandchildren. They love the
outdoors and enjoy skiing and dirt bike riding together.
