Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment Adds Finance VP to Management TeamMar 05, 2007 Roger Piskulick, an 11 year veteran of public accounting with large and small companies, joined Cheyenne Mountain in March as vice president of finance. Most of his public accounting career was spent with PriceWaterhouseCooper, formerly Coopers & Lybrand, LLC, where he worked as a senior audit manager. Following PWC, Piskulick joined The Circle K Corporation, one of his clients from PWC that he had helped take public. Piskulick held several key positions with the Circle K Corporation and its successor company, the Tosco Corporation, including the vice president of finance with Circle K International, the global franchising arm of Tosco. Piskulick next served as CFO for a large glass company then as vice president of finance for Blackboard Inc., a higher education software company. “CME is assembling a world-class management team and aggressively recruiting top talent to strengthen our position as a leader in the interactive entertainment industry,” said Tim Jenson, president and CEO of Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment. “Roger’s experience and leadership skills will play a key role in keeping CME’s many projects on budget.” Piskulick has served on several volunteer boards and professional organizations including work as treasurer and chairman of the ethics committee of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
