Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment, MGM Interactive Partner to Develop Stargate Worlds MMORPGJan 25, 2006 MGM Interactive and Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment (CME) today formally announced their agreement to develop the Stargate Worlds MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Role-Playing Game) based on the popular science-fiction television series Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis. “Today's MMO market challenges developers in many ways,” said Joe Ybarra, senior vice president of strategic operations for CME. “Creating a product that separates itself from the pack requires a unique combination of two elements: a superior game concept implemented by a superior development team.
